Managed emission factors to cover IE Lab for Australia Scope 3

Australia have started mandatory reporting for Scope 3.  The second year of reporting will require auditing Scope 3 emissions - limited assurance with reasonable assurance on Year 4.  This AHA request is to add IE Lab emission factors as part of their managed emission factor library to help meet these audit requirements that are Australian specific.  Audit preference would be IELab for spend-based where there is no activity data available.

The Australian Government's Climate Active Scheme obtains scope 3 spend-based greenhouse gas (GHG) emission factors directly from The Industrial Ecology Virtual Laboratory, or IELab. These are presented as a set of 344 emission factors for economic sectors or product classes across the whole Australian economy.
