Allow for one time push of historical data from Envizi -> Planning Analytics to capture all history for improved forcasting

Per discussion with IBM contacts Alexandre Blain-Coallier and Hannah VanEchaute:

• Planning Analytics module data is limited based on the Envizi instance maximum time period for the monthly data set
• If we increase the 'Reporting and Dashboard Preferences' setting in Envizi (ex. 3 yrs -> 7 yrs), we have experienced lagging (system slow, uploads slow, etc)
  • Due to this, we do NOT want to increase the 'Reporting and Dashboard Preferences' setting in Envizi
  • However we DO want to pull in ALL historical data into Planning Analytics to improve forecasting
• As an enhancement, please investigate the possibility:
  • Push historical data as a 1 time update (range outside of the 'Reporting and Dashboard Preferences' Envizi  'Dataset Maximum Time Period')
  • If updates are needed, we (the customer) can temporarily update the Envizi 'Reporting and Dashboard Preferences' 'Dataset Maximum Time Period' date range, the data push run over 24 hours to load into Planning Analytics, once we confirm it is there, we reset the Envizi 'Reporting and Dashboard Preferences' 'Dataset Maximum Time Period'  date range to 3 years
• Per Alex: 
  • the system currently deletes all actual data with every transfer and re-uploads to make sure it reflects the most up to date version from Envizi
  • the on time push for historical data would require modification of the accelerator
