Meter Regression Model KPIs - Use Data

Use KPI data at a daily or monthly frequency in regression models (Variables other than weather required)

If not able to use other variables, the data will be required to deliver an off-system M&V that will become labour intensive.

The technology will characterize and predict the typical or expected energy usage based on key drivers such as weather (degree days/outside air temperature), occupancy, time of day/week, and other variables. The baseline will be used for energy savings calculations, near-future load predictions, energy use comparisons, and energy anomaly detection.

    We understand the value in allowing a KPI account to be used as an independent variable in a meter regression model and believe this should be possible to achieve. We have marked this idea for Future Consideration and will review when this can be added to the roadmap based on development capacity.
