We understand that this request specifically relates to the 'Daily/Weekly Actual vs Expected (Weather Normalized)' report and the request is to lookup the baseline year data (set via the baseline year setting under Organization Preferences) if a regression model has not been configured for a meter. We should be able to support this and will look to add this functionality when development capacity becomes available.
Please provide more information to help us assess this idea such as identifying specific dashboards and reports and providing screenshots of the requested changes.
