Audit history does not always show the correct user who updated it.

When updating the Hierarchy at a certain level (e.g., Subgroup), it does not consistently display the user who updated the data. In some instances, it shows the updated username, while in other cases, it shows 'System User.'

This inconsistency makes it difficult for us to understand who has updated the data.

While 'System User' would be appropriate for fully automated processes, such as imports via connector, mass data uploads done manually via Manage > Upload Files are still the result of an action by a specific users.  Therefore, I would urge you to reconsider this idea.

When the audit shows "System User" that indicates that the change was the result of automated data which is not associated directly to a contact within the platform. Only changes made manually within the platform are associated to individual contacts.
