Audit History is not available in Contact & Login module.

Currently there is no log feature available to see who logged in, at what time etc.

There should be a audit log module where administrator can view the log history and actions made by the logged in user.

    Currently there are a number of Audit Reports available to system administrators in Envizi :

    • Audit History report which can be run to retrieve all configuration changes made by users

    • Account Items Audit report to retrieve all data records added by users within a period

    • Recent Logins reports which can be made available to retrieved monthly statistics on number of logins and session times per user

    In addition we have a "Login activity" page, available under the "Manage" menu which will provide you with the last login and total sessions and hours online for each user.


    We will continue to review and develop more features as future considerations
