Apply the account inactivity rule to regular accounts

It is possible to set up inactivity alerts for meter accounts. It would be handy to set up alerts for non-meter accounts, so we can be informed if an account hasn't been updated with data for a specific time.

Example: I have an electricity consumption account for each site, and the site users have to manually enter the KWH consumption every month. If they forget to do this for more than 3 months, I would like them to receive an automatic alert from ENVIZI informing them that this account has been inactive for 3 months.

Like this I would be able to ensure that people won't forget to complete manually in ENVIZI for a certain number of accounts, reducing the risk of a quarterly report having incomplete data.
