[Envizi] Add export menu to export CSV file encoded with UTF8 + BOM


If we go account page, and select export menu of CSV file, we get CSV file encoded with UTF-8 without BOM. Then we double click and open this CSV file with Microsoft Excel, Excel shows garbled characters. Microsoft Excel can open the CSV file encoded with UTF-8+BOM.


IT dept of customer knows this is issue of Microsoft Excel. But for users working at factories and facilities, this CSV formatting is critically confusing.

Also, CSV file encoded with UTF-8 without BOM is still important for Envizi users who develops programs to read the CSV file.


So my request is adding a new extra export menu "CSV + BOM", and keep the export menu to "CSV".
