Can you create more than one notification contact per site? Ideally by account style

We have different site contacts that are in charge of waste, safety, headcount, and other utility data. Right now, we can only send scheduled issues to one person but would like it to be sent out by account style.

    We are planning an update to allow multiple notification contacts for data capture requests to be configured based on account style. We are targeting release of this update by the end of Q1 2026. Until then we would recommend that notification contacts for data capture issues are either set to an admin user or not configured at all (meaning issues will be assigned to a system user). Issues can then be reassigned in bulk to the relevant users.

    Once the update to Notification Contacts is released then you will be able to move to a fully automated schedule.

    Thank you for raising this idea which has been merged with a similar request. This ticket will be updated when the feature is scheduled for development.

Add more Notification Contacts to one location

Currently, the system only allows one contact per location. This raises a challenge when handling data requests for multiple accounts under the same location, especially when these accounts have different data owners. It doesn’t seem practical for...
