Don't have organizational preferences for "Dashboard Maximum Timeline Period" impact the PowerReport data

We have found that the organizational preferences seem to dictate the data shown in the PowerReports. I was having an issue where data from a certain month/year and beyond was not showing up, despite having all of the fiscal years and months that I wanted to see selected in the filter. The support team changed the organizational preference and it seemed to allow data to show in the report. While this won't be a problem for us in the short term, it will in the long term. A lot of times, companies will have a 10 year goal, but more frequently, they have 30 year goals attached to net zero by 2050. When the organizational preferences stop at 10 years, this will become a problem for all of the people who have to report on progress from a baseline year (like 2020) with progress on goals that wrap up in 2030, 2031, and 2050.

The filters in the PowerReport are being determined by someone who needs to look at a specific timeframe, so there is no need for organizational preferences to be connected at all.
