Team, this is the note I sent out to Lynden today. We need your support and fast resolution, either have and upload option or resolve the tickets, within a few days. ty.
Hi Lynden, Tara suggested a different approach to resolve an issue with the GRESB interface. We have a client that’s near ready to go live. These tickets are a showstopper and will prevent us from making our deployment date.
The tickets have been open for 3 weeks.
Suggestion is to open an enhancement (through IDEA), which I will and reference these tickets. The clients are fine with having a button upload option vs. the current cut and paste option (that isn’t working). I’m opening an IDEA ticket today.
Other option resolving the tickets below.
I know it’s short time and I need your leadership for something client can test/try by Friday or Monday.
