Restrict 'Audit Role' users from viewing comments in Envizi SRM

A client has said that allowing third-party auditors to view the comments made between staff members in the Comments section of a question in the SRM tool when they are creating responses, is a business risk. This is because the contributors may divulge details in the comments that the company does not want to share with the auditors.

Good day! Thanks for this feedback. Upon evaluation, we are keeping the permission for Auditors to view and leave comments in responses. Currently, there is no 'partial-restriction' within a response page. If a user can view a response page, whether as a result of their access role (Sys Admini/Gen User/Auditor/View-Only) or disclosure role (note that Gen User/View-Only need to be assigned first), they can view everything within that page. There are no distinctions made for each content, which would necessitate restructuring how the restrictions are built.

A solution for this "semi-complete" access for auditors doing review is to export the disclosure, as exporting only pulls the response and all other data ready for external reporting and not internal communication such as comments.
