Filter by group in market based Power Report

Hello, would you consider adding more filter possibilities on the Market-based Emissions Power Report?

Specifically: it would be really useful to be able to filter for a specific group. Otherwise we always have to pick the locations one by one.

    Hi Clara - I have added the L1, 2 and 3 group filters to the report. Let me know here in this ticket if you have any issues with that.

    since we setup groups (portfolio groups, user groups) it would be quite handy to be able to filter this report with those groups
