Enable the ability to choose the default Location settings - particularly the 'Monitoring Solution' in the Building Operation Details Settings

At the moment, the default 'Monitoring Solution' within the Location settings of each location is set to IMM. In order for the meter variance alerts to work, the 'Monitoring Solution' needs to be BEPA. I think it would very helpful if you could choose the default 'Monitoring Solution' setting, so we don't have to edit this setting from IMM to BEPA of every location individually.
