It is very difficult to know what is going wrong when a file is being uploaded for mass data uploads. The issue should be very clear in terms of what is going wrong and the language should be something that common people can understand. Additionally, the date columns should be in the format required for the data upload. To make it easier for people using the platform, the file should download with the correct formats already in place so that when the file is reuploaded, that doesn't become an error to fix.

A review of all error messaging content and visibility across account data loaders is underway as part of a broader error logging roadmap item.

Thanks for raising this idea to improve the terminology in error messaging.
Generically, we've recognised the need to improve error messaging for account data loading and there is already planning underway to invest in this in a future release. I'll keep this idea open to track that development.
Separately, in regards to investigating specific errors like the one you mentioned, it's best to leverage the help desk as they are best placed to escalate for technical assistance.
