I think what would work best is a link on the main screen when you log in. Currently, there is a "Quick Links" box and a "Frequently Visited" box. I think having a "System Checks" box would be helpful. Within the box, you could have "Unallocated sites #" where the hashtag would represent how many unallocated sites there are. The hashtag could be a link to the page of unallocated sites.
The problem with reports is that people don't look at them. Especially if it is reoccurring -- many end up being deleted without getting read at all.

While we do not have an alert that would send out a notification when accounts are created in the Unallocated Accounts location, an alternative option would be to schedule the Extract for Accounts report with a filter set on the Unallocated Accounts location. This could be set up to export the report on a weekly basis to your email address and if any accounts have been created in that location, they will appear in the report.
The other option we can consider is to add a gadget under the Organization Summary page similar to other gadgets mentioned on this page https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/envizi-esg-suite?topic=pages-organization-summary-page. I've marked this idea as future consideration in case this second option would be helpful, however you may find the scheduled report to be better as the second option requires the system administrator to check the organization summary page periodically anyway.
