As it is right now, users are able to see any files that were loaded manually into Envizi via the manage >> Files Uploaded process. However, this will only show the manually entered ones. We have been able to successfully utilize the email data loading process multiple times, but, without these files showing up on the Manage Files Uploaded, the only way to validate that the file was accepted was to go into the specific area affected by the data load.

Thank you for raising this idea. Could you please clarify if your request relates to System Administrators or General Users?
System administrators are currently able to view the status of files loaded via email as long as the email address is set up using Data Flow Automation https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/envizi-esg-suite?topic=administering-setting-up-data-flow-automation. This also applies to files loaded via other methods like S3 or SFTP.
For general users, we limit access to view the status of file loading to only files loaded via the Envizi UI, since it is difficult to validate the user that sends a file via other services email, S3 and SFTP.
If you could provide more information please on which user(s) this impacts this will help us determine if there is a future enhancement we can consider to address the issue.
