RELATED IDEAS

Ability to move records between different data types

Currently, if we need to move records to a different data type, we have to download all fields and attachments, then re-create new records under the required data type, and re-attach the invoices.  This is a very time consuming process.  Ability to select records and move to the required data type will be much more efficient.

    Moving Records between different data types is not something we will be able to support. Record information is specified by account style and cannot be moved to a different account style. We will investigate an option to allow records to moved between accounts belonging to the same account style.

    Hi @Guest - could you please explain why you would want to take a record from one account and move it to another account? This seemingly indicates a problem in the data loading process where your data has gone astray.
