Three account styles for Employee Commuting have been created and detailed in the table below:

1. Client - Brussels Worldwide Services BV Cars by Size - Average Car - Battery Electric [miles] Ground Travel Brussels Worldwide Services BV - Employee Commuting - EV - miles Employee Commuting - EV - miles

2. Client - Brussels Worldwide Services BV Cars by Size - Average Car - Hybrid [miles] Ground Travel Brussels Worldwide Services BV - Employee Commuting - Hybrid - miles Employee Commuting - Hybrid - miles

These account styles are categorized as “Ground Travel” but they must be categorized as “Upstream - Employee Commuting”. Could you please proceed to the change of category for these account styles? Please can you ensure that each of these three re-categorized Account Styles links to the respective DEFRA emissions factor?

    Hi Craig -- Account style categories is not currently a feature in Envizi. These account styles are assigned to standard DEFRA data types which use our default DEFRA categorization (equivalent to the tabs in the DEFRA factors document) as data type categories.


    Scope 3 categorization is possible (and is already applied to these account styles) which is how this data is flagged to be reflected as category 7 employee commuting in our Scope 3 powerReport.
