Hello - I am still having the same problem. I am not logged out after 1 hour of inactivity, I am logged out even when I'm active and typically inactivity logs me out after 15 minutes.
And i'll add it happens even when i'm not idle but actively working as another commentor mendtioned.
Hello, it is definitely not happening for my team, we are experiencing frequent log outs in time frames under 1 hour.
Hi IBM I'm also having issues with the system logging me out. It happens even I'm not idle. Like just today I was creating groups and assigning locations to those groups and suddenly Envizi kicked me out and said session timed out. No warning that I'm about to be signed out. And like said, I was actively working. Could you check if there is some issue, since this has happened also before?
If there are speciifc examples to share about auto logout after 15 mins, please let us know.

I have confirmed with our Tech team that the system should logout a user after 1 hour of inactivity. Are you able to provide more information about this occurrence, perhaps the date and time and the user name you used?
