This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Hi @Guest , we're on track to release the Phase 2 linking work in Q3, hopefully early by end of July.
Note that the concept of linking is not going to be the same for 'Environmental metrics' as we have provided for 'social metrics'. Our solution to expose environmental data in SRM is to provide an embedded Power BI tool on screen so users can navigate through the report to search for their data and edit as they need.
Hi Stephen,
Thank you for providing the responses. I’ll test further and share my feedback.
Also, I wanted to check on the extension of this feature to cover environmental metrics. As mentioned earlier, it was expected to be delivered by Q2 2025 - is it still on track?
Hi @Guest
See responses below:
1. Is account style mapping only manual per question, or is there a way to map in bulk across multiple questions or disclosures?
Answer: Currently there is no way to map account styles to questions in bulk.
2. If a question appears in multiple disclosures, will the mapped account styles carry over, or do they need to be mapped again each time?
Answer: Yes, if mapping is added to a question in disclosure A, and the same question appears in disclosure B, the mapping added in A will show in B.
3. How often is the mapped data updated?
Answer: The data that appears in the mapped account styles is updated immediately after it has been added to related Envizi accounts.
4. If the reporting period is changed, does the copied data update automatically, or is manual intervention required?
Answer: If the reporting period changes the data is also updated immediately.
5. Are mapped account styles visible to all users in the response, or only the person who mapped them?
Answer: It's available to all users that can get access to the response page. However, only users that have edit access (assignees, contributors and sys admins) are able to copy content it response fields.
6. Are changes to mapped account styles tracked in the audit history?
Answer: No. Mapped account styles do not have any impact on response fields. The Account Style Mapping function only serves to surface summarized data from social metrics account styles so there is no need for audit tracking.
This has been tested, and would appreciate clarification on the following:
1. Is account style mapping only manual per question, or is there a way to map in bulk across multiple questions or disclosures?
2. If a question appears in multiple disclosures, will the mapped account styles carry over, or do they need to be mapped again each time?
3. How often is the mapped data updated?
4. If the reporting period is changed, does the copied data update automatically, or is manual intervention required?
5. Are mapped account styles visible to all users in the response, or only the person who mapped them?
6. Are changes to mapped account styles tracked in the audit history?
Hi @Guest , we are currently addressing the linking of SRM to the envizi database.
Last Q1 2025, we released the mapping of account styles to SRM questions. This enables users to link account styles for social metrics that are currently being used by the client in the base platform to specific questions in SRM. Account records are then aggregated based on the method of aggregation assigned to the account style to arrive at the single number that the users can copy to their response. For more details please see https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/envizi-esg-suite?topic=questions-mapping-account-styles
Thsi Q2, 2025, we are extending this cover environmental metrics as well. There will be a templated power BI widget within a response page, which will allow users to query data and retrieve them. This is slightly different from the social metrics, which is only aggregated within one account style to a single value. Environmental metrics undergo transformation by way of emission factors and are aggregated across different account styles. This is covered in the epic https://bigblue.aha.io/epics/ENVIZIESG-E-215
