This portal is to open public enhancement requests against the products and services belonging to IBM Sustainability Software. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).

Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Hi team, Post the Envizi session we had - will this item be reconsidered?
Hi Doaa, thanks for the context. This is not in our current horizon, as you may know, SRM workflow status is universal across all clients so we cannot simply change it as it will affect how others experience the workflow for themselves. There are also no customizations available per client on this, building such would entail significant development work but potential little value for majority of other clients. Please note that raised ideas do not immediately guarantee implementation, however, we will keep this feedback monitored and we will respond proactively if user experiences change.
Hi Vergelle, Yes they do, however they prefer to have 2 rounds of reviews as they have different focal points from different departments responsible of the review, or sometimes it goes to a focal point for a first review then to their manager as a second review. This is applicable in both, eforms for quantitative data collection and revision process and SRM for qualitative data collection and revision process as stated in ticket 'ENVIZIESG-I-751' . Therefore, may I know when these enhancements will be considered/ implemented ?
Hi @Guest thank you for this. We will evaluate and compare with how our other users use the module, as some status may not necessarily be applicable to other clients workflow. May I ask if ADNOC utilizes the comment section to track the rounds of their review?
