To pull a csv report to download which doesn't aggregate to a month and takes the individual inputs line by line - each line will also have 'Quantity, Emission Factor and Total CO2e' for clients to see and also very useful for auditors.

To pull a csv report to download which doesn't aggregate to a month and takes the individual inputs line by line - each line will also have 'Quantity, Emission Factor and Total CO2e' for clients to see and also very useful for auditors. It would work a lot like the monthly data summary except it will not aggregate to a monthly summary but stay as the original input line by line. This will help auditors check that inputs match invoices much more clearly and demonstrate easily the resulting emissions calculation and methodology. We have a client prospect wanting this and it will be good to be able to go back to them with this solution.

Hi Innes -- we can investigate options to provide greater clarity on the relationship between an invoice and the months of data it contributes to but this is a complex challenge. Firstly our factor assignment logic does not work on a record basis -- it is only applied to the monthly normalized data. Secondly, records can span multiple months meaning that a single record can potentially have multiple emission factors that apply to it. The relationship between records and normalized monthly blocks is many to many (one record can relate to multiple months and each month of normalized data can be related to multiple records) which further complicates and inclusion of factor information or emissions data into a raw record report/view.
