Extract in .xlsx

Although CSV files are technically compatible with Excel, they often require manual processing before the data can be properly visualized. When users open these files, they frequently encounter formatting issues—such as misaligned columns or incorrect data interpretation—especially in regions where Excel expects different delimiters, like semicolons.

This creates a less-than-ideal user experience. Users must manually convert the CSV files to XLSX format and reformat the data to make it readable and usable. This not only adds unnecessary steps to their workflow but also increases the risk of errors and misinterpretation, particularly when dealing with numeric values, dates, or special characters.

To streamline this process and enhance usability, it would be highly beneficial to automate the conversion of CSV files to XLSX format before they are downloaded or visualized. By doing so, the data would be immediately presented in a clean, structured table format, eliminating the need for manual intervention. This would significantly improve the overall reporting experience, making it more efficient, reliable, and user-friendly.

    Hi @Guest

Can you please confirm which reports you are referring to?

We have a number of different reporting functions, which have different teams looking after them, if there are some specific reports that you are receiving, I can follow this up with our development team.
