In SCI and Envizi, change output units for CO2e from kg to metric tonnes - this is the unit most regulations require to be used.

In both SCI and the Scope 3 module (Power Report) in Envizi, all the outputs report CO2e (carbon dioxide equivalents) in kg of CO2e - it would be better to have it as metric tonnes of CO2e because CSRD (EU regulation) and others are all requiring reporting units of metric tonnes. By reporting in kg, Envizi is requiring the user to do the conversion outside of the system which, while not difficult, is a chance for error... or there is a chance they they don't do the conversion but report it as the expected unit (mt) and over report by a factor of 1000x
