Hi @Guest , this functionality already exists. When you copy a disclosure, everything is copied over including attachments. Please see https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/envizi-esg-suite?topic=disclosure-replicating
It is important to note that when a disclosure is copied, the status of all the responses go back to 'To Do', as it is expected that the disclosure will go through a new review and approval workflow, whether its a replicate of a disclosure for a new reporting year, or a different group.
Further, comments and history are not copied over to the copied disclosure. Instead, the first log shows as 'Response copied over from Disclosure X'.
If this is not happening for ADNOC, we suggest submitting a support desk ticket with further details so that we can investigate and dedicate folks to resolve the issue.
In ADNOC’s case, the intent is to copy the finalized 2024 disclosures to serve as a starting point for 2025 reporting. Without the ability to carry forward existing responses and supporting information, users will be forced to re-enter a large volume of data manually.
