Add a “Publish” function to control Disclosure visibility/ notifications during setup. Priority: High

Currently, once a disclosure is created/ copied and questions are assigned, assignees and reviewers can immediately access it - even if the disclosure is still being prepared. Disclosure Owner would benefit from a preparation period where they can configure settings, assign roles, and finalize the structure without other stakeholders having access. A “Publish” button would allow the disclosure owner to control when the disclosure becomes visible to others and they start reporting and filling answers, prior to that, no one (assignees/ reviewers) should be able to see the disclosure in their SRM Homepage

    Hi team, Further clarification needed please:

    On 'reversibility' → From Complete to Active, to Draft? What is the impact on the disclosure if the question is complete?

    Do we still have the flexibility to select or deselect Send Notifications in the Active Status?

    Hi Team, 

    When can the below be delivered please?

    "Instead of a ‘publish’ button, we’re thinking of introducing statuses for disclosures that can be modified by Disclosure Owners or Sys Admins.

    i.      Draft – Not visible to response assignees, notifications are not active

    ii.      Active – Content visible to all assignees, notifications are active

    iii.      Complete – Content is visible, but no edits are possible, notifications are not active"
