Enhanced functionality to allow removal of a disclosure question after it's been added to disclosure.

As a user of the Envizi Sustainability Reporting Manager (SRM), when going to build a disclosure using the framework library I had originally copied over the entirety of the GRI framework with the intention of removing disclosures that are not-relevant/not-material for our organization after getting started on the disclosure itself. As it turns out, this is not an option and after going over with our Technical Account Manager it was suggested a functionality enhacement suggestion be submitted.

This would be valuable because it could allow users to start with a larger disclosure set and narrow down to what they need within the working environment, instead of having to know this ahead of time when picking disclosure items out of the framework library.

It's also always possible that a user could mistakenly add an item from a framework into a disclosure on accident,  or later determine that a framework item is actually not materially or relevant for the organization and have the need to delete or remove the disclosure item after bulding the initial disclosure set.

Hello @Guest. I have just confirmed this is possible, however I agree with you that it's not as intuitive as it could be. To remove questions from a disclosure, when you're on the disclosure page (page with burndown chart and full list of questions), click on the 'Actions' menu button at the top right and select 'Add Questions'. When this page loads you will see all questions selected. Untick any questions you wish to remove and then Save. The unticked questions should now be removed from your disclosure.
