Adjusting accruals in Envizi

There should be a possibility for the administrator to change the settings of the accruals in more detail - for example turn them off completely, or turn it off for certain account types, or even specifically choose more custom dates for when accruals should stop/start. This is because certain accounts might not need to be accrued, and actual data only exists for a specific period in time. Or, you do not want accruals as part of the total sum of emissions.

    Envizi already provides a high degree of control over how, when and where accruals are applied. Accrual methods can be adjusted per data type allowing for a high degree of configurability by using different versions of the same account style.     I would add that an option should also exist to override the default accrual behaviour, for specific accounts. See ENVIZIESG-I-843.
