Account dashboard for Social metrics account is empty

We have created several accounts with Account style Wizzard with data type “Social metrics” to support Social and Governance topics.

We have captured data for these accounts, but the account dashboard shown is totally wrong.

We explain an example: the Social metrics account “Composición Plantilla” (EN: “Staff composition”). This includes fields like “Nº men fixed contract”, “Nº men temporary contract”, … We describe the errors in this dashboard:

  • First KPI on the left “TOTAL Nº DE HOMBRES…”

This account has several fields. It makes not sense to show only the first one. We need to visualize all account fields. Moreover, this field is zero and this is wrong.

  • Second KPI on the left “TOTAL (EUR)

This account has not currently an associated cost. As these accounts are custom and they have several fields, if we need to add a cost, probably we will create an additional field for the cost. So we can manage the field cost in same way as the rest of fields.

  • Chart:

Chart is empty, no data is shown. We need to be able to select any of the account fields and see the corresponding chart.

  • Track > Performance account:

This account shows the option to access Performance account dashboard and this makes not sense because it is a dashboard prepared for environmental accounts: it shows emissions, energy,… This should be prepared for the “Social metrics” accounts.

When we reported this issue, we were told that we must create Power Reports to visualize these Social metrics accounts. This is understood, we know how to create these Power Reports. But that is not enough, it does not solve these important problems:

  • Account dashboard is empty even when data is correctly captured. This could be totally confusing for the users who access the account.
  • Account dashboard highlights the first field and shows a cost, this could be also confusing for the users.
  • Power Report is accessed globally from the Home page, not from every account. If they are checking an account, they must go to Power Reports, and search for the account again…
  • Environment accounts show correctly the account dashboard. But Social and Governance it does not. If this is an ESG tool, it should behave same.

For all these reasons, it is very important and urgent a solution for this problem.

Thank you for the update regarding the user experience refresh and the fix for Social Metrics account dashboards.

We understand this is planned for the end of Q4-2025, but for us there’s a big difference between having it in October vs December. Getting it earlier would allow us to:

    Start onboarding end users sooner.

Plan trainings and adoption in advance.

Avoid confusion caused by the current empty or incorrect KPIs in the dashboards.

Could you please confirm a more specific ETA within Q4 (eg., October vs. December)? Having that visibility would help us a lot with internal planning

We are planning to address this issue as part of a refresh of the Envizi user experience. We intend to develop a different chart for social metrics account styles that shows all fields in the account style and highlights which fields are missing data for each month. For other account styles with multiple measures we are planning to allow users to select which field to display on the chart.

We expect the new account summary page for social metrics account styles to be available to preview in the refreshed experience by the end of Q4-2025.
