To ensure everyone involved in responding to a framework question is aligned regarding email alert messages, we need contributors to also receive these messages. Is it possible to add contributors to this message flow?

Currently, only assignees, reviewers, and approvers receive alert messages from Envizi. Contributors who are also involved in the response process do not receive messages with response deadlines or overdue tasks. For everyone to be aware of the alerts, contributors must also receive them.

    Hi @Luciana, these functionalities already exist. Contributors are already included for emails sent out when

    1. deadlines are approaching (when Include notifications is ticked)

    2. tasks are overdue (when Include notifications is ticked)

    3. summary email of actionable tasks (when Action > Notify users is triggered)

    If any of the above isn't happening, I can further investigate. We would appreciate if you could raise an SD ticket to track this work.
