Customization of text sent as alert messages by the platform, including the company's layout.

The customer has disclaimers regarding the confidentiality of information sent in all messages, in accordance with Banco Bradesco's guidelines. This disclaimer must be included in all messages sent through systems used by Banco Bradesco. Customer wants the following:

• Inclusion of the official Bradesco Seguros Group logo in emails.
• Translation of all the message text from English into Portuguese, ensuring accessible and formal language.
• Spelling and grammatical corrections throughout the text (some portuguese erros in all the platform).
• Review of tone and style to adapt to corporate communication.
• Replacement of the default link with a direct link to the Report Manager, based on the email context
and access permissions.

    Hi @Guest , thanks for sharing this suggestion regarding custom email notifications.

    You've highlighted several important areas around branding and language accessibility, as well as seamlessness of link from task notification to relevant task in the platform. We understand how these improvements could enhance user experience within SRM and drive overall engagement in reporting. Right now, email notifications triggered from SRM are templated and not customized for individual clients. While we agree these enhancements would add value, we won't be able to take it up in the near term but will continue to consider it during our roadmap review process vis-a-vis our other feature enhancements.

    In the meantime, if there are specific pain points on translation errors and accessibility issues that are causing friction, please feel free to flag them directly and we may be able to address those incrementality. Thanks!
