Improve the usability of the table editing tool

Improve the usability of the table editing tool by translating actions currently in English into Portuguese and increasing the editing space, ensuring better visualization and user experience.
Technical Scope:
• Identify all buttons, menus, and messages in the table editing tool that are in English.
• Translate the following elements (examples):
o "Insert Row" → "Insert Line"
o "Delete Column" → "Exclude Column"
o "Merge Cells" → "Merge Cells"
o "Undo" → "Undo"
• Ensure that all translations comply with the corporate language standard.
• Automatically resize the editing area to match the size of the inserted table.
• Ensure that the table content is fully visible and editable without the need for manual resizing.
