Hello - I submitted this idea at the suggestion of the resolution of this ticket: TS019942918.
Response from IBM: Initially, I thought this was available to everyone. Upon closer inspection, however, this report template is specifically available to IBM Implementation Consultants, IBM Business Partners, and IBM Sellers for configuring and maintaining client environments or proof of concepts. It’s not a client-facing function. I believe that whenever you need these details, we can extract the data for you via support case. I hope this should help clarify more.

There’s a client-facing report called “Extract for Locations” that provides a similar dataset for data extraction purposes. It complements the “Setup Locations Basic” report, which is more internally focused on setup and has a different purpose.
We recommend reviewing the “Extract for Locations” report to see if it meets your needs. If it doesn’t fully address your request, feel free to reach out again via this idea.
