Baseline Year Functionality to Monthly Datasets and Reporting

It would be really useful to have a baseline year / custom period functionality added to the Monthly Dataset? This functionality would allow us to specify a baseline period, and then report the consumption, variance and variance % values from any data type (e.g. Energy, Emissions or Mass fields) against the baseline consumption period selected. Currently there any many limitations when trying to do this with existing Target functionalities.

    Baseline comparison fields are already available in the Monthly Dataset.

    An update is being published to the dataset this week to correct some baseline period interactions.
