Each record has a "reference" field which can be used to provide commentary on any data entered within that record.
If there is a requirement to provide a comment against a specific field within a record, then a separate record can be created with only that field populated and an associated comment.

COmments would be added in the Data Capture Issue (we have raised a separate idea to have comments per KPI but since there's only 1 reference box per issue, the comment would be for the account style not per KPI)

In order to determine feasibility I will need to obtain more information, can you please clarify what comments are being added here, and to which part of Envizi?
