Thank you for raising this idea. We are planning to revamp our Issues Management system and will be changing terminology to refer to Issues as Work Items or a similar term. This work is not yet scheduled and will not happen until 2H 2026 at the earliest. This idea status will be updated once the work has been scheduled.
Base platform: Issues should be renamed to task/ work product/ data capture/ e-form
anything that isn't a negative connotation like issue.
