Attachment stored in 1 central location to view

All attachments should be stored somewhere that can be reviewed by the sustainability team instead of clicking into each KPI

    Currently, attachments can be stored in various places throughout the product. The attachments are typically accessed on the preview panel next to the entity it was attached within (for example location, group, account, record, issue etc).


    Envizi currently supports a central view of these attachments using the following

    1. An extract report listing all attachments and the related entity. See 'Attachment Summary' as a report

    2. An extract report listing all attachments stored against Account Records, and an additional ZIP of all attachments (as files) emailed to the user. See 'Invoice Attachments Extract' report

    We don't currently have a central repository of all attachments exposed in the UI, however I will take your request on board and it will be considered for future enhancement of the product.

    Hi Mark,

    In the current system, users upload information (supporting data) to data capture issue cards. The customer ESG team want to have a central storage (like a sharepoint but integrated in Envizi) where they can access all of these supporting documents in one place to review the data

    Are you able to please provide some more details on which attachments you're referring to?

    Are you referring primarily to attachments of invoices/bills against individual records?
