RELATED IDEAS

Improve the notifications sent out for the surveys module

Currently the notifications sent out to fill in the surveys (and more broadly the issue management system) are very technical and have many formatting issues. It would be better if this could be simplified to include just a message, a deadline, and a link.

    Thanks for raising the idea and providing the specific examples for improvements.

    Items 1 and 2 have been addressed recently via the IBM Support channel.

    Items 3 and 4 are good suggestions and will be considered in the next iteration of the Issue Management module.
