Floor Area values to be used as the latest entry against a location when creating a kWh/m2 Ratio

We are attempting to track the energy usage of our locations, and compare similar building uses through a kWh per metre squared metric. We created a Ratio for this using Data Type Groups for kWh usage as the numerator, and floor area as the denominator.

When Attempting to use the Ratio in a PowerReport, Envizi will sum up the monthly entries for the floor area, which will create a false result. The denominator value should be the latest entry against the location.

The current treatment for intensity metrics is standard across Envizi.

As all data is apportioned to a monthly level, including floor space values, in order to report a yearly value the monthly apportioned values are summed across both consumption and floor space, and then an intensity is calculated, this is true in both PowerReports and the intensity dashboard in Envizi.

Any alteration to this treatment can currently only be added as a custom calculation.
