Hi @Guest . Is this ticket related to Envizi Core or Envizi SCI?
With regards to Envizi Core I wouldn't suggest that we create new 'global average' factors since simply averaging factors from nearby countries wouldn't be appropriate and many clients might not accept this method. I also don't think it would be justifiable in an audit.
I think you have 2 ways you could solve this right now.
Use custom factors and copy a factor from a nearby country with a similar economic situation. I know this isn't your preferred method, but it's justifiable.
Create a location in the nearby country and label the location name to make it clear that the accounts in the location are actually accounts recording spend in a different country. This way you wouldn't have to create custom factors. The downside is if you have reports that show spend, emissions, etc, by region, it won't be correct.
Long term, we could ask Eora if they are able to produce 'regional' factors as part of their offering. I don't think they will agree to that, but we can ask.
We will consider this in our future roadmap. If it is needed more near-term, please file a support ticket, and our support team can add these global factors to your instance for current and prior years.
