Show values in different units, not rounded to millions (M) or billions (B), emissions in metric tons and not in kilograms

Currently, SCI Emissions dashboard shows spend rounded to billions of dollars, showing 3 decimal places, and number of order lines in thousands of rows, with 2 decimal places. Also, emissions are shown in millions of kgCO2e.


For audit purposes, we require the following:

- Spend: show simple dollars, no rounding. Show exact value, not rounded.

- Order lines: show exact number of lines processed, not rounded.

- Emissions: show in metric tons of CO2e, exact number, not rounded.


This should be applied not just to the SCI Emissions Dashboard, but to all dashboards and views within SCI (for example, at the supplier or product level).

    We will put this on the roadmap as a user preference for 4Q2025, where a user can select either raw value numbers, or truncated (as-is today). This number format user preference will be applied universally (on all pages) for a specific user. When the user toggles their preference, page refreshes will update the change.

    We will also plan an item in 4Q2025 to update the default (base) value of all emissions data in dashboards from kgCO2 to tCO2e.
