Auto schedule the Market-based report in an excel or csv format

Currently the auto schedular is setup to extract market-based inventory table as a pdf or ppt.  If you utilise the detailed listing, this gets cut off when extracting this to pdf or ppt and the cut off section is dropped off completely.  pdf or ppt format does not work if we are trying to extract the data down to account level per month for audit purpose.

Hi @Guest - I should clarify my earlier comments. It's possible to download the MB emissions inventory from the 'Market-based Emissions v3' PowerReport. In the report you can navigate to the tab for 'Emissions Inventory - Detailed' and follow these steps:

    • click the ellipses at the top right corner of the visual

    • select 'Export Data'

    • select the 'Summarized Data' option

    • click 'Save'

This will download the full grid including monthly data rows and all columns. This should serve as a good workaround.

The item that I described as being on the roadmap is not yet prioritized and is still in 'Discovery' status which means that our team is still looking at the feasibility.

Hi Stephen - this is great news for next years road map. Can I confirm that with this roadmap where market-based emissions data will be available in the main Envizi CSV reporting tool, that this will ensure we can set it up to auto schedule?

    Hello,

Thanks for raising this idea. Unfortunately the only way to get Market-based emission out of this report is to download the data to csv after running the report. We have an item in our roadmap for next year to make market-based emissions data available in the main Envizi CSV reporting tool, but due to the method we use for certificate apportionment in the Market-based Emissions v3 PowerReport, this isn't something we can build quickly.
