I took a look across the product and can see a few different ways you can email reports/dashboards.
A few different approaches are
Extract reports (select in the report parameters at run time).
Email to me (only goes to current user) once
Schedule report (can be scheduled at varying intervals) to contacts from a list. Each schedule relates to a single contact. Contact email addresses can be setup to direct mail to multiple email addresses although this needs to be done in advance.
In built dashboards
Offers email once or schedule, with multi select options for selecting multiple distinct contact recipients
Power BI/Power Reports
Offers email once or schedule, with multi select options for selecting multiple distinct contact recipients
From this, I can see the notable gap is around extract reports where you can't easily multi select contacts, or trigger a report to be run once and sent to a different user. Does this summarize your idea accurately or would using in built dashboards or PowerReports satisfy your requirement?
