On-Demand Accrual Refresh Trigger After Org Level Configuration Changes

We have recently assisted a customer with an Envizi deployment.  We realised after loading a lot of data that we needed to modify the accrual methodology in the organisation preferences.  The customer had reporting due within the current month so we could not wait for the accrual at the beginning of the following month as they would have missed the reporting deadline.  I was also not practical to undertake any of the standard processes to refresh the accrual data.   It would be of benefit if a request could be submitted from within the configuration screen so that when the org level changes are  made that the accrual data can be refreshed.  This need not be an instant process as I am sure there is significant processing involved, adding it to a queue that sends an email notification when complete would suffice.   Alternatively having a standard support request can be lodged requesting an update would assist in a more timely update.

    Hi Michael - thanks for raising the enhancement request.

    Ad-hod accruals refresh is an existing feature that is available to IBM Business Parnter Administrators, under Organization summary page -> ACTIONS -> Accruals Refresh.

    Depending on the data size of the organization, it typically takes at least one to three hours, or even longer for a complete accruals refresh.

    Please work with your IBM product success team contact to see if you can have access to it.
