Scheduled reports to sftp

With ASRS mandatory reporting, sustainability reporting has become part of the ASIC reporting commitments with penalties for non-compliance. Many customers are streamlining their data to make up these reports and automating all their departments to supply information for all reporting commitments. Therefore we have customers looking at pushing data from Envizi, specifically the monthly data summary and the market-based reports to their sftp sites. This idea request is to enable the scenario of scheduling reports to a customer sftp site. A start would be those pushed to email, allow a push to sftp. Otherwise a push of these two specifics for the use of a larger reporting purpose. (The Data Export function to sftp is not ideal as this is not based on audited data but rather a rebuild and mapping of 22 files. All is required is the calculated emissions and usage for the purpose of sustainability reporting.)

    Functionality to allow csv reports to be exported to sftp is currently in development.


    This will allow any extract report currently available to be exported to an IBM configured SFTP folder, which can be accessed as required.
