We are planning to implement this change at the end of Q1 2026. This change may impact some clients that automate reporting based on Issue Status labels, hence the change can only be made at the end of each quarter. Please subscribe to this idea to be notified once the change has been made.
Thank you for raising this request. We understand that the different labels for statuses on different screens could cause confusion and we will consider how we can align the labels across all screens. As a short-term fix, we may be able to update the status labels for Data Capture Issues specifically to: "To Do", "In Progress", "Submitted", "Done", which should align with the labels shown on the Issue Details page and Kanban board. Could you please confirm if this would resolve your main concern?
