Thank you for raising this idea. We have reviewed this request with our UX design team and are currently not planning on making changes to the order of fields on the data capture form. Having the dates near the top of the form followed by the account style fields provides a consistent user experience, especially for accounts with multiple fields where the dates can be otherwise hidden at the bottom of the form. We'd be happy to take feedback on any user experience issues your users are facing so we can consider if there are other ways we can resolve these issues.
