MAS Envizi Connector - Provide another option for redirecting the same CSV file to a Maximo location path which gets sent to Envizi S3 bucket in the AppConnect Flow

As part of MAS-Envizi Connector sustainability program, there is a AppConnect YAML flow which is provided by IBM. In that flow, we provide details for pushing the CSV files into Envizi S3 bucket, where Maximo people won't have access to check the files and unable to do any kind of validation on the same.

So looking for an option in the appconnect flow itself, where admin can define a maximo location path and the flow will also put the same CSV files there.

In summary, when the appconnect flow runs, it will route the same CSV files into two different location i.e. Envizi S3 bucket and Maximo location.

The dataflow automation functionality has been released which enables provisioning of data services (S3, SFTP and client specific email) and also offers improved file tracking, monitoring and access to source files regardless of their provision method.

More information about this functionality can be found in the knowledge base.

    Hi Mamatha and Ritesh,

Thanks for your idea. Based on your latest screenshot Mamatha, I've understood the requirement to be around accessing the generated data files which are pushed from Maximo to Envizi.

This information is important for troubleshooting and auditability.

This requirement is covered by the 'Data Flow Automation' already on the roadmap and will be released in the near future. This item covers provisioning data services (S3, SFTP and client specific email) and also offers improved file tracking, monitoring and access to source files regardless of their provision method.

This is will be very useful for Data Adminstrators, especially to validate the data that flows from MAS or TAS into Envizi and test the data integrity and sanity on Envizi. Since on Envizi , we cannot save or email the processed file from Envizi UI - Manage- Processed Files

ITs true, we really need this to be a part of validation.
