Full suite of data validation rules for manual data caputre in surveys referencing data in Envizi core platform

Surveys are a great way for users to capture multiple data points at once in one single view. - It would be helpful to have the full suite of validations rules availabilie in surveys that are available at the Account Style level in the Envizi core platform. Essentially we would like to have this functionality available in survyes ----> https://ibm-ai-apps.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/ENVIZIESG-I-85

We also need the survey validation rules ot be able to refernece data already in Envizi core platform using linked Accounts.

It would also be useful to view data captured in previous surveys to help with data entry, similar to the data capture view in a kanban board where you have trends shown on the righthand side
